Decided to try the 6 pack box of organic Ribeye's I've seen at Costco. sprinkled with sea salt and corse black pepper, L&S with mesquite until IT was 120 degrees. Pulled off the grill to get the heat up. Put some EVOO and more salt and pepper and seared a couple of minutes each side. Turned out to he delicious. Medium rare to medium...just right. Side of roasted broccoli with cheese sauce.
After the smoke.
Back on the grill.

Looks really good Nate, I love the way the reverse sear finishes, beautiful color edge to edge with no gray meat.
Damn nice cook up sir.
