It is the Civic Holiday here in Canada and most folks have the day off. Me and the wife are cooking up a storm. The crew for the day:

Ribs just going on and firing more charcoal for burgers:

One of the burgers was straight beef and mine had a center of sausage:

The ribs and beans are still cooking...I'll add shots when done.

Got this from Harris last year....what a gorgeous Kettle:

Smoked the sausages beside my ribs when foiled, then I finished them over the coals:

My wife was busy today too. Apricot jam, lobster ravioli and a peach pie:
