Ive finally decided to get serious about a bbq sauce recipe. Mostly because when I cook for people they want to put sauce on everything and the commercial ones are too sweet. Heres a pic:

I haven't used sauce in a long time, when i have it was a recipe i got from a BBQ class, i need to make it again thanks!

There are lots of recipes that can be found online. One I enjoy is
Big Daddy's Carolina style BBQ sauce.
If you haven't tried mustard style sauces you should. I use it on pulled pork (and need to make a batch!)
