So my Father's day cook is combined with my Mom's 21st birthday party. It started with firing up the grill at 5:30 this morning to get the ribs started.

The chunks of wood are apple and the chips are cherry.

The ribs are from Costco. The seemed to be a bit meatier than normal, but we'll see if its an illusion once they're done.
This is a fairly cheap hobby when you consider the time  with family and friends and how many meals are created.

I never was very good at math so
A) You are younger than I imagine
B) Your dad is a lucky man
C) I'm still drunk from last night and will edit my post when I sober up
D) All of the above

And the last items on the grill for lunch were Old Bay wings, burgers, and dogs.

Unfortunately the ribs came off a bit tougher than normal. I think it was due to the added thickness of the meat and they were maybe undercooked by a bit. I'm really not sure because they looked right and seemed to pass the bend test okay. They were still tasty and all the food got good reviews so I'm happy with the day.

@terrymo, you forgot the correct option "E. Mom's Birthday Math" which is a form of mathematics that cannot be proven wrong by any good son or daughter.
