Pizza - Well, not quite pizza ….
« on: June 08, 2015, 08:24:05 PM »
But, it was damn delicious.

We took some BSCB (boneless, skinless, chicken breasts) and pounded them flat.

Then decided to grill those pieces for a quick sear ….

Gluten-free ….. Sorry, I had to say it.   I know, it's annoying, eh?!??

However, it was really fǚ¢ƙing good..

Thanks for looking, guys.

I want to try this again, however I think I would flatten out pork chops cut from a boneless loin.

Haha love it!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Love your idea. Does raising the pizza pan with garden pavers do something,or is it about keeping the chicken away from more direct heat?

This was an experiment, so I thought that raising the pan closer to the dome would help melt the cheese better and quicker.

It worked okay.  Next time I don't think I will do this.  Those firebricks absorbed a lot of heat.  Overall, a great trial.  :)
