Agreed. You rolled, and was easy, or bought like that? Looks juicy and tender.

Sorry guys for a incomplete post. I think these might be a west coast thing. We usually buy flank steak and make these ourselves but these were store bought already rolled. I usually use a tooth pick so they don't unroll during cooking. The seasoning I used was a low in salt rub that is excellent on beef and pork. Next time I buy a flank steak I will do a tutorial on rolling them.
