Drunk chicken

3 Day weekend and I have 3 grills. Coincidence I think not. tonight is the mini WSM turn. yesterday was burgers on the  vision Kamado. tonight is drunk bird night..
Tomorrow will be a reverse sear steak on the jumbo Joe. don't worry I'll post pics.[emoji2]

I agree the mini is a great little smoker. Any one with a smokey Joe needs to make one.
