Ranch Kettle Cook

  Turkey Tri- Tip and more

I spatchcocked a 17 lb Turkey , slathered it in Mayonnaise and dry rub and smoked it with cherry and pecan wood . I set up a water/drip pan under it to keep things moist during the cook .

Beans had sweet peppers , jalapeņo , onion , garlic and brown sugar

I'm really loving these little creamer potatoes on the grill , there bite sized and really tasty. I coated these in olive oil added bacon and onion, salt and pepper . I roasted until tender.

The sweet peppers are filled with chili beans and topped with a squirt of ketchup then smoked

I seasoned the Tri Tip with Garlic powder, salt and pepper .

I actually didn't get to make a plate for myself , I merely munched while the guests enjoyed the food

So much room there on the ranch, seems like the only grill you'd ever need! Now I've just got to find one cheap enough.

Great cook!
