It's a chicken stirfry in the 26'r mates!

Here's the chicken, peanuts, garlic and mushrooms carmelizing in the paella pan.

Veggies added along with water chestnuts.

Plated and served with a little Wonnies over rice!

Sorry, those were all the pictures I took. I woofed two plates and loved it. Good stuff! :)

Thanks Buckie!

I like the Aussie slang especially when it comes to food. I am looking forward to getting the Weber Australian cookbook. I bet they have some great recipes in it for me to try out. I get tired of the same old dishes, even my favorites.

Nice stir-fry! I need to get a bigger wok or get a paella pan to do that on the grill. Well, that and I need to wait until it's warmer that 10!

Thanks Chad, it's a funny thing. I like cooking things on my paella pan better than any of my other pans now. It works as a skillet for breakfast, a pizza pan, a wok and of course a paella pan.  It was the first time I ever used it as a wok. I liked how I was able to drag it away from the fire and then slide it back on as needed. It made the job really easy. I was going to invest in a discada this summer, but now I think I would buy a bigger paella pan first if I needed more space. This ones pretty big though. My small one is about 13 1/2 and the large one pictured here is 17. I also like that they are so light and easy to travel with compared to my CI pans.
