Nice! I need to make lettuce wraps a more regular part of the diet!

What goes into sriracha marinade? Is that soy and sesame?

The wife says sesame oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, crushed garlic, sriracha/chili paste and sesame seeds.

Wow does that look wonderful. Yes, Big Lettuce--agreed. And what's the story with the sprout slaw??
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Did you do a quick cook on that brisket? Can you give time and temp? Also, thanks for the brew shot!  8)

Thanks guys.
Just asked the wife, and the slaw is butter milk, mayo, green onion, and a little of the marinade. Then she just mixed in the bean sprouts. I suppose you could just use whatever creamy slaw recipie you have, and just use bean sprouts instead.
