First qview...teriyaki chicken thighs

Bonus Cup

Well, recently picked up a used Performer on the way down to the Keys. This isn't my first cook on her but the first I took pics of.

Marinated a large pack of thighs in some homemade teriyaki sauce for about 6 hours. Set up the grill and when she was ready the thighs went on the side.


Half way through and a flip.


During the last half of cooking I sautéed some chopped bok choy in some bacon grease. Sorry, no pics.

Here they are all done. I quickly hit the skin side to crisp up the skin some.


Unfortunately no plate pics but served them with white rice and the bok choy and all topped with crumbled bacon. I also reduced some of the teriyaki and drizzled over all.

Next time I'll have plate pics. Promise. :)

Seems way better than the ones I just did, even though they were screamin'  juicy..... ;D
