Had a big rutabaga and some carrots. Chopped them up in cubes and pulled out the monster CI skillet.

Render a little bacon

Veggies roasted at 375-400 for 40 min.
Used pepper and herbs de Provence for seasoning.

Veggies done and letting the pan cool a bit on the performer

Fresh Alaskan salmon and shrimp skewers

Better pics of salmon and shrimp. Salmon seasoned with cherry creek from Savory Spice and shrimp had a dusting of old bay.

Fine looking cook. That big CI looks cool on the 26er.

Bbqmiller I can taste it from here!

And I really like how you used the char baskets to corral the fuel into one end. Gives you more capacity than char baskets would provide while still keeping charcoal from straying.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
