Wow, what a beauty! I totally need to get a red 26er now. I love reds, and would have loved to be there and see that baby change color.
Great cook too! Why use a SJ, or an 18, or even a 22, when you got a grill like that!

I am all for thick chops too. Seeing your Aristocrat in the back yard makes me think I need to haul out my big Red for a cook soon too.
