Corned Beef and Stuffed Cabbage
« on: March 17, 2015, 02:52:12 PM »
I was short on time, so I smoked the beef for one hour only and braised it the rest of the way  :-[

Stuffed cabbaged with rice and lamb and cooked them in Garlic, lemon and mint sauce. I know this was not traditional Irish dish; it was more Mediterranean style. But   I figured cabbage, lamb, mint, they’ll pass for Irish ingredients :)

Also Garlic Potatoes

And dinner was served

Very yummy, this is one of my favorite meals :)
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!

Looks pretty Irish to me.....another great cookup, man !!!!

I linked a few of your Jumbo Joe mods over at Bretheren for a guy whose waffling on what cooker to buy, one with a small space consideration.....and a few pics of other cooks like this.....just to show 'em what gives when somebody who knows their cooker gets going !!!!
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!

Great cook as always BBcue-Z. If you had a cooking show, I'd watch.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Holy Jeebus I've gotta get BBcue-Z to show me how to cook some day!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Thanks 1buckie :)
And I'm glad you shared some of my stuff :)

Thanks MrHoss :)
I don't think the Food Network would hire me any time soon, but it's good to know that someone would watch my cooking :)  You create great spreads yourself and I wouldn't mind co-hosting with you :)

Thanks Addicted-to-smoke,
And be glad to cook with you any time neighbor!

Great St Patty's Day Feast Z. Would you mind vac-sealing a plateful of that and overnighting it to me? ;)
