Yard looks like crap, but my newly restored faded red looks great! Pictures don't do it justice, it turns a beautiful deep red, almost purple.

There's salmon inside

Off the grill

And on the plate, with homemade guacamole, and on a bed of spinach

This turned out wonderful, salmon was cooked perfectly (pulled it off when it hit 135), and the heat from the fish wilted the spinach just right.
Thanks for looking, Justin

Yeah man, thanks for rubbing in that I need to work on my plating!  8) awesome cook. I've never used planks for but think I have some gifted ones lying around somewhere.

Looks great!  I recently cooked salmon on cedar planks ... turned out better than previously.  I don't think I had been charring the wood enough.  Yours looks great.

and hey, with food like that who cares what the yard looks like
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

Thanks guys, and these pics are with my iPhone, I should start getting the wife to use her nice cameras.

And for the record I'm in the process of getting the yard prepped for grass, hopefully I'll have seed down by this weekend
