I'll let the pictures do the talking this time.










Pulled it off at an internal temp of 135ish, not a bit overcooked, super moist. The wife and I couldn't stop saying, best salmon we've ever cooked!

Obviously.....food always tastes (& looks) better cooked on a Redhead !!!!!

Could just dive right into that !!!

I love salmon on the plank, good stuff
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline
