Why can't I attach pictures?

Do I need to make a certain amount of posts before allowed to attach pics?  I don't have an option of posting pics.

You'll need to use image-hosting site.
I use this one: http://tinypic.com/
Once you uploaded your picture, copy the code on the second line that states
"IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"

Then paste that code in your post. Once you Post your message on the forum, you'll be able to see the pictures.
You'll have to reduce your picture size before uploading if you take pix at high resolution. I use Photoscape, a free download, to reduce the size of pictures. 600X450 works really well for most forums.
There are site like Photo Bucket that reduces the size automatically upon uploading them. I don't personally care for that because I find that it takes away from the quality of the pix.

If you need any assistance with pics, just say so....

We'll be glad to help out......loading them directly would overwhelm the storage space, with the many 1,000's of pics that are on the site..........

Photobucket is similar to BBcue-Z's  method, free & pretty easy to use....
