Here's a Hawaiian pizza I made with some of my leftover Christmas ham. I used my Lodge pizza pan this time. It worked out prety well.





Here's another with salami.



I added a little fresh pecorino after I pulled it out.


I also did some smoked cheddar using an oak hickory mix. I was going to give AJ some, but he flaked on me when I was in his area yesterday. ::)

Shaun, what temp do use to smoke cheese? I'd like to try that, and I figure with the outside temps at...ZERO :o right now, I could keep the temps low in the mini.

Just fire up a couple coals to keep the wood chips smoldering and that should do it. As long as it's below 100 you wiill be fine, which doesn't sound like it will be a problem. I make it every year for some family members.
