Bad pics, and not enough of them.

Taco night. Decided to play w/ some of the Cast Iron.

1/2 chimney of KBB in the charcoal baskets.

CI griddle in the Gourmet grate...

Added onion, garlic and salt in the food processor....

Swapped in the CI Walmart Wok. Ground turkey and carrots for the filling...

Lettuce, avocado, cheese, etc., the tacos were grate.

Yup, need more pics. And maybe some better pics next time as well     :o

That taco sauce looks off the chain! Corn or flour tortillas? Tortillas on the griddle also?

Last time were soft corn for street tacos, from the griddle.

This time, they were hard shell. I cheated, but with the roasted salsa, they were muy bueno.

Dude, relax your chicken.

That sauce looks killer. I recognize the jalapeņo and tomateos (sp?) but what's the 2nd pepper? I'd like to give your roasted salsa a go this weekend. Unfortunitly here i may have to settle for canned tomateos

Yup, poblano. Milder, used in relleno. Grabbed it for fun. Salsa has a little bite, and it's good.
