Playoff Cooks - Vortex Wings, Smoked Pork Shoulder, and Ribs

For the NFL Playoffs yesterday, I finally got a chance to try my new Vortex on some chicken wings. Brined them in Mad Hunky Meat Poultry brine, and then rubbed them with their wing rub. Came out nice and crispy:

Did 3 racks, but only took pics before smoking. Too much drinking can cause this to happen!
