Beautiful day to smoke some meat.



Two picnics, total weight about 12lbs.

Smaller one is at 169 and the larger is at 159. I'll have to add more fuel soon as it's flying through it with this cold air.

This will be for tomorrow afternoon. I'm hoping for a lot of leftovers!

The smaller one has been pulled after 6.5 hours and is resting. That one went quicker than I expected.
