Steak and stuffed peppers

I had two sausages and some smoked tomato's and asparagus from yesterday so I thought Id make stuffed peppers for with my steak. I added a half burnt piece of pecan wood beside my coals while the steak was on.

Camera didn't do the steak justice it was a deep red medium rare. Looks medium well in the photo.
