The home made MOJOE on the JJ. Made some Carne asada tacos for dinner tonight.

Very nice meal!!
I love cooking on flat tops and Discs, in fact I'm hooked on it :)

BTW, I use the same drip pan under my grill :)

Wow!!!

Looks just grand.......the fast cooking of the hot, flat griddle type setup is not like anything else ....
That would be a great set to take along camping, eh?
