Shoulder and snake
« on: November 17, 2014, 09:07:41 AM »
Did a nice fresh shoulder on the performer 220 to 250 degrees for 10 hours then cheated in foil pan covered at 350 for an hour to 203 degrees.  Rested in a warm oven and pulled it.  Made KC bbq sauce too.
