Backwards EE 22" Redhead Kettle Rehab
« on: November 15, 2014, 03:24:52 PM »
Another Redhead rescue. This one is an "EE" OTS but the letters are stamped backwards on the vent, so it must be soooper rare!

I replaced the wheel/leg set from a donor kettle, new One Touch sweeps, Modded a new OTG ash catcher to fit, (screwed into the leg sockets) and new style handles. Here it is the the 18" "G"

The Bone Shack Red Zone Offense-

I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!

Very nice collection of cookers! I gotta say... not sure how I feel about the new handles on the redheads. Just doesn't quite feel right to me...

For some reason I really like white handles on reds.

The hybrid Zavod handles are my favorite of all. Same shape and profile as the double rivet, but with the single screw and 90s style Weber logo and double lines.
