Brats w/ Peppers & Onions

I bought some sausage earlier this week so I pulled a pack out of the freezer to make room.

I thawed them out for about 20 mins and placed them partially thawed onto
my kettle. I used a half chimney for this cook.


Here's another pic as they're beginning to heat up!


Im going to enjoy these with a pint of Coors Light Summer Brew and I'll light up the cigar after dinner.


I cut up half a bell pepper, and a third of an onion, put them in a sandwich bag with a teaspoon of oil, and some salt and pepper. I shook the bag up to coat the veggies and put them on the grill.

Looks good, and the prep was simple! More time for enjoying the beer and cigar that way! ;)
