Cooked some st Louis ribs today and used the tip top , forgot to take a picture of the tip top but I did use it, cooked at 270-275 at grate and cooked 5 hrs last 1/2 hr. I sauce with honey mustard sauce and they were some of the best ribs I cooked, didn't take the membrane off seen on a video that he didn't take membrane off because he thinks it holds in the moister and I think he's right.

i leave the membrane on backribs often....they need alittle extra moisture help.....

Those look plenty good & juicy !!!!

I just got my tip top temp in the mail today. Will be using it this weekend. How much fuel did you use, and did you use the #2 setting?
First up a nice 3 wheeler red head

I believe I had it around 2, had a lot of fuel left, also had the bottom vent open a crack.
