Minion & Mesquite Meatloaf
« on: September 12, 2014, 08:10:24 AM »
Beefed up a standard recipe for meatloaf (extra egg +beef =thickened for the grill)
Coarse chopped some celery & extra spinach too
-about even

Had a bad flip on the right one, will give it longer (or not at all) next time...

Minion & Mesquite held steady @ 350 for about an hour total (170 degree)
I couldn't be happier; well maybe bacon

Looks great! I never flip my meat loafs on the kettle. They always turn out excellent too. My kids rise up and called me blessed when I announce it's meat loaf night on the Weber.

Portobell were pre-sliced so I diced before mixing in approx 3/4 cup
