Hottest Part of the Day
« on: July 29, 2014, 06:51:53 PM »

So why not make things hotter with charcoal and burning oil    8)

Ground turkey, garlic and veggies - forgot the jalapeņo and tomatoes (dang!)...

My version...

These are (raw) Homeland Tortillas from Costco...

The small ones are harder to make, but they're for the sacrifice    :o

Testing the waters...

Double dipping...

We have a winner!

Yeah, they were good.

Hope you're hungry.

Thanks for looking!

Dude, relax your chicken.

I am now.  The second to last picture got me.  I'd love a wok setup like that - Is that a Weber product or a homemade mod? If it is homemade I'd love to see some shots of the setup.

Looks really good. You just mentioned last Saturday you were going to cook something like this at the meetup.

Thanks guys!

It's the original Weber Wok.

Works great on the kettle gasser, and have just recently been playing with it on charcoal. Takes a little more planning, but it's fun.
