Yesterday we bought 2 whole chickens and today i spatchcocked them and rubbed them with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning oh was it good!

I put some Tony Cachere's on ABTs tonight. They were pretty darn good.

Can always spot us desert guys.When guys when we are cooking outside gotta have the water and the beer. Dang old heat takes it out of you. Some good lookin birds there.
