This was a Drunk Chicken I made a while back, while injected it with creole butter.
The picture I didnt get was when it was draped with Maple bacon towards then end for some additional flavor.

Damn. Great looking bird. I use the butter creole as well when I inject and it really works well. Nice and juicy.
