Doing a twofer this weekend..
First up, both the rack of babybacks and the butt have landed, 7:06 am.
This pic is at about 11:54 am and the ribs got a light coating of Number 5 sauce and are starting their last hour of heat.
Going under the knife at 12:58 pm.
A few minutes later.
Just going to be munching on these for the rest of the day while waiting on the shoulder to cook.
Just introduced these two guys and now I'm gonna to make some butter..
