This is one of my favourite methods for baked potato.
A light coating of EVOO and a sprinkling of Kosher salt.
Two extra spuds for Sunday morning home fries.  :)

When it's done, the skin is a nice crispy-crusty layer of salty goodness.
At just over an hour, I laid the steaks on for about 8-9 minutes ... medium-rare.  :D 8)

The striploins came directly from the fridge. A dose of Montreal steak spice after the first 2 flips.

Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

That looks fantastic!  Nice cook on the steak.

Nicely done! Love the Montreal Steak seasoning. That's all I use on steaks.

Yup you nailed the cook on the steak.....exactly the way I look to cook mine.  Does Weber still sell the side rack for the kettle?  Does your lid fit as well with the rack in place?  One of my used kettles came with a utensil hanger that when used causes the lid to not fit as tight....so it is now gathering dust somewhere.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"
