Rotisserie Quarters
« on: April 21, 2014, 04:43:28 PM »
Felt like playing with my Roti today. The extra hooks come from my genesis roti, very handy. First time with this, looks like I could do six but only 5 in the pack. Started late, no brine just rub and an hour wait. Started the fire with 1/2 baskets of leftover lump and dumped a dozen hotties in each basket. Holding about 300ish. Should be great!

Quarters are rubbed

The grilling station, poor little gasser relegated to a charcoal table  ::) actually I love my little gasser, don't let her know or she'll burn my steak  8)

Mini chimney is quite possibly the best weber product ever!

The baskets are ready.

Stuck and hung

Piled and plated
