Hey yall!
Finally decided to sign up and share some of my drunken meals.
Currently have a Weber OTG, LOVE IT!!
I called this bacon infusion. Was my first cook ever with my weber.
Also broke in my Lodge skillet.
Bacon wrapped JalapeƱos, and a couple of Anaheim peppers stuffed with cheese and ham.
Skillet had Ribs and some taters'.
I cook with nothing but Oak or Mesquite.
Used Oak for this cook.

Welcome Gordeez. Looks like some great eats! I never thought about cooking using just wood... Don't know why, since I've done it while camping. Anyway, thanks for sharing! Looking forward to more posts from ya.
