QuoteI believe 'How It's Made' had an episode @ the Weber Factory as well. I'll try to dig it up

Here you go Thunderdome.....similar to the one posted with a few new scenes.

Great videos!

I would love to get a hold of one that has come out of the "baked enamel" phase.
Get a custom paint job done.  :)
Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.

Excellent video...do we know though if this is still going on in America? Or did they do what everyone else did and ship it overseas?  :(

This was covered earlier in this thread - YES, Weber grills are still made in the USA.

If they did them overseas I bet they could do the old school red again. Just saying

No worries buggin. Sorry for coming across so short. I'll bet there's plenty of talk about Mexican and Brazillian bugs vs. German bugs on other forums you may frequent. I try to keep an open mind, and believe that if product quality is maintained it doesn't matter where something comes from. The place I'm living in now in Chicago was once the largest bicycle factory in the world. Here's hoping they never turn the Weber factory into apartments.
