I personally think the 22OTS is a good choice but for portability...the 18.

What's her housing situation? How much space does she have? An 18 and 22 are going to take about the same space and the 22 will be more versatile should she decide to invite some friends over. If space is at a premium, I would consider springing for a Jumbo Joe or perhaps a CGA.
