Just an amateur griller/smoker who got into grilling with a used Weber Kettle MasterTouch and Slow n' Sear, and trying to expand from there!

I enjoy slow cooking meat, grilling steaks/burgers, and looking to expand on cooking with different proteins (fish chief among them).

I'm also hoping to step more into the smoking arena with a WSM or similar, as ribs and slow-cooked, tender meats are my preference to a steak any day (family disagrees, which is why I still do burgers/steaks).
