Just for Fun
« on: July 30, 2023, 12:01:57 PM »
I signed up for notifications from Redfin and Zillow on multi million dollar homes for sale in the Santa Cruz and Beverley Hills area of California. Not that I can afford one but I'm always looking at the backyard photos for cool built in outdoor kitchen ideas.  This photo is from a beach front house listed in Santa Cruz for $7,860,000.  Gotta love the good ole charcoal kettle.

Here's a link to the listing in case anyone wants to see what $7,860,00 will get you on the coast in Santa Cruz.

I hope it comes with the kettle, or I'd lowball on the price, lol

You could fit a lot of kettles on that patio.   That’s been one of my enablers of this hobby.

$24,998,000,  26,627 square ft,  7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms

Although there is no Webers pictured, had to share this one.  This is the Ken Berhing Estate home.  In case you don't recognize the name, he was the majority owner of the Seattle Seahawks (1988 to 1997).  He was also the developer of the BlackHawk community and the BlackHawk Car Museum in Danville, California.
