Another East TN family

Hello everyone from East Tennessee. We've had our 22 inch kettle for close to ten years and love grilling on it, but have recently been toying with the idea of using it for smoking. After watching some youtube videos, reading in the smoking forums, and reading other resources this forum popped up as a recommendation. We know there's a lot to learn and are looking forward to the wonderful smoked chicken and beef that is in our future.
