Rescued Red LE this morning

$100 FB Marketplace find.  Pack of razor blades, some cleaner and an hour of my time and we have a fire lit.  Turned out pretty nice!

I’ve been playing with dry aging and have some 45 day prime NY strips ready.  Probably those.  I plan to use the Ocean Blue with vortex and this new one with Slow N Sear.
