It's late Tuesday night, I'm perusing Ebay and I see an ad for a MBH blue from a local seller. A few pics in and I see a garage that looks kinda familiar. I send the seller an email that goes something like this...hey, didn't I buy a ... Kettle from you a couple years ago?? Either way, your kettle looks grate and I'd love to give it a good home. I go on to make a fair offer and sent the email. Wed morning I get a reply from Tom, the same seller I got the other kettle from. I was so excited he accepted my offer. The 1st time I was there he showed me his small collection, including this same beautiful blue. Tom is a member here and had added a custom @zavod44 handle including it in the sale which for me is just awesome. Here's a few pics, only thing missing is the original grate. She's not perfect with a few porcelain pops and lots of loss around a couple leg sockets but all welds are tight. 1st cook on her tomorrow, Memorial Day.
