Well second. The one last night was kind of a shit show because I tried a yeast-less dough (don’t do that) because my store was completely out of yeast and a too garlicky pizza sauce.
So I found a quick proofing pizza dough on YouTube that was magical.
https://youtu.be/ixPle8h3B_gSuper easy to make and I didn’t have to wait until tomorrow to try a different pizza. I also made a different sauce with hand crushed San marzanos and no garlic haha.
All in all I think it was way better. I even put an egg on pizza #3
