Looks incredible. We usually host and didn't have anyone over but the menu stayed the same. Traditional bone in whole ham in the oven and a turkey on the rotisserie. Happy Easter!

Is that ham gravy I spot?  It's a delicacy for us on holidays. Made it yesterday.

Yep, one of the reasons for the cast iron. I set the ham down on a layer of oranges which made the gravy really tasty and helped with the consistency as well, I will do that again for sure

We did a Lee smoked traditional bone in ham this year. First year we have tried that brand. Alma, Georgia. Have you tried those?  We thought it was very good.

I have heard of them but haven't tried them. They are about an hour north of us and a nice drive. Just may make the trip once they open back up.
