Hi Everyone,

Just bought my first Weber about a month ago (E-5770 Mastertouch Premium) and have gone a bit mad since.

I'm new to barbecuing but not so much to grilling, we manage get the grill going every new years and a few times in the summer. So far I've had a Brisket, Pork shoulder and a Chicken on there.

Can't wait to have a proper look around the forum and soak up all the knowledge on here!
