Pretty new shears. I was clipping that little bone and nipped the main bone. Once cracked I just clipped it off. We will see how they hold up but pretty nice so far.

1st couple times it was alot of work. Using the right knife to chop of the bottom then good shears for the bone side it goes pretty fast. ~15min for this tray. Sometimes I would like the extra time focusing other times I just want the meat on the grill.
