Juicy thin chops!
« on: December 29, 2018, 11:58:55 AM »
Brined in a sugar, salt and apple vinegar brine, well seasoned with Cookies seasoning rub and seared and smoked with apple chunks and Kingsford charcoal on one of five Weber 22s. About as juicy as I ever had.  That brining really makes a difference on those skinny chops!
