Welcome and you're probably seeing either the Cajun Bandit rotisserie attachment or a modified "tamale" pot or a kettle pizza attachment, some of the thermometer pics could be added by the owner... there will definitely be more answers than mine, enjoy the site.

I used a modified Caliente stackers on mine.  Very versatile with quite a few features.

did u make the charcoal rings yourself? I was looking for the caliente but was not able to find them. I found the cajun bandit smoker conversion. can a rotiserie be added to that? thanks

Chigolf, to make sure that everyone is on the same page, it might be helpful if you posted a link to any post that had a picture of what you are talking about specifically.  Reason for this is that an "extender" could be a Weber Roti ring, a Cajun Bandit roti ring, a Cajun Bandit stacker, a third party knock of roti ring, a Caliente stacker, a Kettle Pizza ring, and perhaps a few more things that are out there.

You can easily add a rotisserie to almost any stacker.  The cajun bandit extender should be a great choice for your purpose.
