I've always been fascinated with Yorkshire puddings and plan to make popovers this Christmas, which I think are similar.

@OkieGirl thanks! Yeah just had a look and I'm pretty sure they're the same thing

We use the same batter and pour it over sausages, which is called "Toad in the hole, highly recommend if you haven't tried it. One of my favourite dishes since I was a kid
