Still figuring this one out, cooks a bit differently than any kettle I've used.  Top vent open, two bottom vents fully open.  Using JD big lump with pecan chunks, holding steady at 250F with light whispy smoke.  Smells amazing.  Note the foil wrapped brick to help keep the charcoal grate level....  Having fun with this!
